Progress Report: Oxygen Go Green Project Period: 20 Nov – 19 Dec 2025 (Phase 1) Slogan: "Turning Waste into Value for Community and Staff" 1. Waste Recovery Success We successfully diverted over 1,100 kg of waste from the municipal landfill. The breakdown is as follows: • Organic Waste (100% Diverted): Total 835.5 kg - Pineapple Peels (298.3 kg): Donated to Ban’s Conservation Learning Center to

produce bio-cleaning agents (Photo evidence of delivery attached). -Veg/Food Waste (537.2 kg): Donated to local farmers for animal feed (pig and

chicken farms).

• Recyclable Waste: Total 1,480+ Items (Plastic, Cans, Glass) and 2.8 kg of Paper. -Management Strategy: Converted into staff welfare. Staff sort and sell these items for extra income (Daily chat logs attached as evidence).

2. Areas for Improvement (Continuous Growth)

To align with international audit standards, we have implemented the following corrective actions:

-Standardizing Measurement Units: Transitioning from "Counting pieces" to "Weighing in Kilograms (kg)" for all recyclables to ensure data precision. -Source Reduction (Food Waste Audit): Analyzing reasons for guest leftovers to adjust portion sizes and minimize food waste at the source. -External Waste Control: Removing public bins in front of the office after 3:00 PM to ensure our data reflects 100% of the company's actual activities. -Purity of Organic Waste: Strengthening inspection to ensure no plastic sachets or coffee wraps are mixed with food waste for the safety of farm animals.
