1. Our Goals / เป้าหมายของเรา

  • (EN): Oxygen Tour is committed to being a leader in responsible tourism. Our goal is to reduce non-recyclable waste by 30% and achieve the Travelife Certified standard by 2027.

  • (TH): ออกซิเจนทัวร์มุ่งมั่นที่จะเป็นผู้นำด้านการท่องเที่ยวอย่างรับผิดชอบ โดยมีเป้าหมายลดขยะที่ไม่สามารถรีไซเคิลได้ลง 30% และบรรลุมาตรฐานการรับรอง Travelife Certified ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2570

2. Internal Management / การจัดการภายใน

  • (EN): We strive to reduce single-use plastics in our office and on our boats to 0% by 2026. Through the "Oxygen Go Green" project, we segregate 100% of organic waste for local community farms and record waste weight via the Canvasheet system.

  • (TH): เรามุ่งมั่นลดการใช้พลาสติกแบบใช้ครั้งเดียวทิ้งทั้งในสำนักงานและบนเรือให้เป็น 0% ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2569 ผ่านโครงการ "Oxygen Go Green" โดยคัดแยกขยะอินทรีย์ 100% เพื่อส่งต่อให้ฟาร์มชุมชน และบันทึกน้ำหนักขยะผ่านระบบ Canvasheet

3. Social, Human Rights, and Safety / สังคม สิทธิมนุษยชน และความปลอดภัย

  • (EN): We support our 55 employees with fair wages and legal benefits. All operational staff (Guides, Boat Crews, Drivers) must receive First Aid training and have access to standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and life jackets.

  • (TH): เราดูแลพนักงานทั้ง 55 ท่าน ให้ได้รับค่าจ้างที่เป็นธรรมและสวัสดิการตามกฎหมาย พนักงานส่วนปฏิบัติการ (ไกด์, พนักงานเรือ, คนขับรถ) ต้องผ่านการอบรมปฐมพยาบาล และมีอุปกรณ์ป้องกันภัย (PPE) รวมถึงเสื้อชูชีพที่ได้มาตรฐาน

4. Supply Chain and Transport / ห่วงโซ่อุปทานและการขนส่ง

  • (EN): Our fleet of 7 boats and 6 vehicles (1 Safari bus and 5 Minivans) undergo regular maintenance to minimize emissions. We strictly implement a "No Idling Policy" for all vehicles. We prioritize suppliers who share our environmental values.

  • (TH): ยานพาหนะของเราทั้ง เรือ 7 ลำ และ รถ 6 คัน (รถซาฟารี 1 คัน และรถยนต์ 2แถว จำนวน 5 คัน) ต้องได้รับการบำรุงรักษาตามรอบเพื่อลดมลพิษ เราถือปฏิบัตินโยบาย "ดับเครื่องยนต์ขณะจอดรอ" อย่างเคร่งครัด และจะเลือกใช้คู่ค้าที่มีนโยบายรักษ์โลกเป็นอันดับแรก

5. Community and Destination / ชุมชนและจุดหมายปลายทาง

  • (EN): We support local viewpoints and promote community-based activities, such as Eco-Workshops (Tie-dye & Eco-print), using local natural materials and wisdom to create equitable income for the Koh Tao community.

  • (TH): เราสนับสนุนจุดชมวิวท้องถิ่นและส่งเสริมกิจกรรมชุมชน เช่น กิจกรรมมัดย้อมและ Eco-print โดยใช้วัสดุธรรมชาติและภูมิปัญญาในพื้นที่ เพื่อสร้างรายได้ที่เป็นธรรมให้แก่ชุมชนเกาะเต่า

6. Customer Communication / การสื่อสารกับลูกค้า

  • (EN): Our guides provide "Sustainability Briefings" (Responsible Diving) and communicate our Child Protection Policy (10.10) to all guests before starting any activities.

  • (TH): มัคคุเทศก์ต้องบรีฟเรื่องการท่องเที่ยวอย่างรับผิดชอบ (การดำน้ำ) และแจ้งนโยบาย การคุ้มครองเด็ก (10.10) ให้ลูกค้าทราบก่อนเริ่มกิจกรรมทุกครั้ง

Oxygen Tour: Customer Code of Conduct

แนวทางปฏิบัติสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว

เพื่อให้เกาะเต่าคงความสวยงามและปลอดภัยสำหรับทุกคน ออกซิเจนทัวร์ขอความร่วมมือจากท่านปฏิบัติตามแนวทางดังนี้:
 

  1. Protect Our Reefs / ร่วมกันดูแลปะการัง

    • (EN): Please do not touch, step on, or collect any corals or marine life. Use only reef-safe sunscreen to protect our underwater ecosystem.

    • (TH): กรุณาไม่สัมผัส เหยียบ หรือเก็บปะการังและสัตว์ทะเลทุกชนิด และเลือกใช้ครีมกันแดดที่เป็นมิตรต่อปะการัง
       

  2. Zero Waste Policy / นโยบายขยะเป็นศูนย์

    • (EN): Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins on the boat. We encourage you to use reusable water bottles and minimize single-use plastics.

    • (TH): กรุณาทิ้งขยะในถังที่จัดเตรียมไว้บนเรืออย่างถูกต้อง เราส่งเสริมให้ท่านใช้ขวดน้ำพกพาและลดการใช้พลาสติกแบบใช้ครั้งเดียวทิ้ง
       

  3. Respect & Protect Children / เคารพและคุ้มครองเด็ก

    • (EN): We have zero tolerance for any form of child exploitation or harassment. Please respect the privacy of local children and report any suspicious behavior to our guides immediately.

    • (TH): เราปฏิเสธการแสวงหาประโยชน์หรือการล่วงละเมิดเด็กในทุกรูปแบบ โปรดเคารพความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็กในชุมชน และหากพบพฤติกรรมที่น่าสงสัย โปรดแจ้งมัคคุเทศก์ของเราทันที
       

  4. Support Local Wisdom / สนับสนุนภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น

    • (EN): We invite you to engage in our Eco-Workshops and visit local viewpoints to support the community's economy and preserve Koh Tao’s unique culture.

    • (TH): ขอเชิญชวนทุกท่านร่วมกิจกรรม Workshop และเยี่ยมชมจุดชมวิวของชุมชน เพื่อร่วมสนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่นและสืบสานวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามของเกาะเต่า
